How to add FAQ:
1. Click the "Manage FAQs" button
2. Click Add New on your site's dashboard and select the Frequently Asked Questions option
3. Assign new questions and answers to categories
4. Save and publish
You can edit, reorder, or reassign your FAQs to a different category at any time.
Yes, you can add media in the following order:
1. Open app settings
2. Click the "Manage FAQs" button
3. Create or select a question to add media
4. Click the video, image or gif icon when editing your answer
5. Add and save media from your library
You can edit the title in the Settings tab of the app. To hide the title, disable it under "Information to display".
