One-Day Workshop in New York, USA
The date and time of the event has yet to be decided, but once there are enough interested students, the event will be held in White Plains or Pleasantville in Westchester County. While introducing Japanese history, society, and lifestyle in English, participants will also have the opportunity to try cooking, including making sushi. Previous knowledge about Japan is not necessary, but is welcome.

Day 1: Bali
Meet at Jakarta Airport and fly to Denpasar Airport in Bali. From the airport, take a 3-hour van ride to Pengeragowan Village.
Wait to be picked up by your host and then go to your host's house.
Day 2 Bali
Morning: Helping each host with farm work, etc.
Afternoon: Balinese dance lessons and Indonesian language learning
Evening: Observing traditional musical instrument practice
Day 3 Bali
Morning: Tour around the village
Afternoon: Same as the previous day
Day 4 Bali
Morning: Free time at each host's house
Participating in a Hindu festival
Afternoon: Same as the previous day
Day 5 Bali
Morning: Volunteering at a village elementary school (teaching students English, Japanese, origami, etc.)
Afternoon: Same as the previous day
Day 6 Bali
Morning: Free time
Afternoon: Preparation for the Balinese dance performance
Evening: Farewell party
Day 7 Bali
In the morning, leave the village and visit Green School, Ubud, Earth Company, etc.
Day 8 Jakarta
Depart from Denpasar by domestic flight and arrive in Jakarta.
Arrive at Kurasawa Residence on the outskirts of Jakarta.
Day 9 Jakarta
Visit local markets, waste disposal sites, slums, etc. Visit Kota, the old town from the Dutch colonial period. Visit a restaurant run by a Keio University graduate. Listen to his talk.
Day 10 Jakarta
Depart Jakarta and return home.
